We are looking for a proactive HR Business Partner to support our Human Resources function in Lagos. You will partner with department heads on talent, performance, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise managers on HR policy and best practice
- Drive recruitment and onboarding for assigned units
- Support performance management and staff development
- Handle employee relations and engagement initiatives
Requirements
- B.Sc in HR, Business or related field
- 4+ years HR generalist experience
- CIPM/CIPD certification an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
